Soccer Recap: Morgan Extends Winning Streak to Three

Morgan won the last time they faced Sheridan and things went their way on Thursday too. The Raiders never let the Generals get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Jude Garber had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Morgan.

The win (which was Morgan's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Sheridan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Morgan will face off against Alexander at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Sheridan, they will challenge New Lexington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
