Connor Griffin Game Report: vs Deerfield

Maine South was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Connor Griffin did his best to prevent it. Griffin pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off three hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs he has had over his last four matchups.

Griffin and Maine South will take on Marist in a tournament on Wednesday. Sadly, Griffin's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Hawks' four-game streak of wins at home.
