Basketball Recap: Windsor Central Takes a Loss

Windsor Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 67-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Candor Coyotes. The Black Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Coyotes from their previous meeting back in December of 2021.

Windsor Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Candor, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Windsor Central will face off against Chenango Forks at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Black Knights will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.42 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Candor, they will square off against Spencer-Van Etten at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Coyotes will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 66.67 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
