Soccer Game Preview: Okeechobee vs. Sebastian River

The Okeechobee Brahmans will head out to challenge the Sebastian River Sharks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Okeechobee barely beat Port St. Lucie the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Brahmans blew past the Jaguars 6-0 on Thursday. Okeechobee haven't had any issues with Port St. Lucie recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Sebastian River was forced to settle for a draw. They and Central finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw on Thursday.

Sebastian River hit the Cobras with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Andrea Cantor, Amy Peralta, and Melanie Sanchez.

Okeechobee's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. Sebastian River's draw gives them a new season record of 2-2-1.

Okeechobee skirted past Sebastian River 4-3 when the teams last played back in December of 2019. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Brahmans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
