Volleyball Recap: West Takes a Loss

After flying high against Connally on Tuesday, West came back down to earth. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Ponder Lions on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Ponder, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, West will face off against Alvarado at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ponder, they will play host again on Thursday to welcome Lindsay, where the match is scheduled at 11:00 a.m.
