First Baptist Christian waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Hartville Christian.

First Baptist Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Hartville Christian between 18 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Katelynn Anderson paced First Baptist Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Anderson got some help from Joanna Wacker and her 12 assists. Wacker also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kate Burman, racking up three apiece.

First Baptist Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-1.

First Baptist Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Kingsway Christian on the 23rd. As for Hartville Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Reimer Road Baptist Christian at 7:00 p.m. on September 23.
