Baseball Recap: Rancho Cucamonga Takes a Loss

Rancho Cucamonga suffered their closest loss since April 8, 2024 on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Chino Hills Huskies by a score of 4-2. The Cougars have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Mason Sanchez was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in earned runs (zero).

At the plate, Rancho Cucamonga saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brock Foulds, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.
