Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenbrier Christian Academy). They blew past the TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers 70-24 on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Gators as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Leading Greenbrier Christian Academy to victory were Luke Macdermod and Josh Schneider. Macdermod posted 16 points, while Schneider scored 13 points. Chris Marshall was another key player, putting up eight points.

Greenbrier Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for TEACH Homeschool, they dropped their record down to 0-12 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenbrier Christian Academy will welcome Broadwater Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
