Telluride is a perfect 10-0 against Norwood since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Miners will face off against the Mavericks at 4:00 p.m. Telluride is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

On Tuesday, Telluride made easy work of Ouray and carried off a 3-0 win.

One reason for the win was Telluride's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-6, 25-5.

Norwood had taken Dolores down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Saturday. The Mavericks came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0. The Mavericks haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-5.

Norwood's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Telluride, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.

Telluride took their win against Norwood when the teams last played last Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Miners since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
