Basketball Recap: Fayette County Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Fayette County challenged Haleyville on Monday. The Fayette County Tigers took a 49-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Haleyville Lions. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 53-44.

Fayette County's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Haleyville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-11.

As of now, neither Fayette County nor Haleyville have any future games scheduled.
