Thomas MacLaren School came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Rye Thunderbolts. Surprisingly, this marked Thomas MacLaren School's fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

They hit Rye with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kesley Mitchell, Taylor Schwartz, Claire Liebold, and Sara Christensen.

Thomas MacLaren School pushed their record up to 7-5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three games. As for Rye, they now have a losing record of 5-6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thomas MacLaren School will face off against The Vanguard School at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rye, they will take on Florence at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rye are facing Florence at the right time seeing as Florence are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
