Soccer Recap: Cary Academy's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against GRACE Christian on Tuesday, Cary Academy came back down to earth. The Chargers fell 2-0 to the Covenant Day Lions on Friday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Cary Academy couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cary Academy fell to 2-1. As for Covenant Day, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Cary Academy will head out on the road to face off against Charlotte Country Day School at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Covenant Day, they will face off against Durham Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
