Basketball Recap: Florida College Academy Piles Up the Points Against Geneva Classical Academy

Florida College Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Geneva Classical Academy Knights, posting a 38-7 victory. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 34-29 win the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Florida College Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Thierra Woods led the charge by going 5 for 10 on her way to 10 points and six steals. Zahra Albertie was another key player, putting up four points and six steals.

Florida College Academy's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.8 points. As for Geneva Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
