Volleyball Recap: Roncalli Takes a Loss

Roncalli lost against Sheboygan Falls back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jets came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The Jets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-20.

When it comes to explaining why Roncalli lost, don't look at Erin Panosh. Despite the final result, she had 19 digs and two assists. Panosh has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 11 times she's played.

Roncalli's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Sheboygan Falls, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-7.

Roncalli has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against New Holstein on the 11th. As for Sheboygan Falls, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Two Rivers on the 11th.
