Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bishop Guilfoyle walked away with it. They walked away with a 61-52 victory over the Central Cambria Red Devils on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Marauders sure are getting used to it with their 16th in a row.

Central Cambria's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of John Brouse, who went 10-for-14 on his way to 24 points and seven rebounds, and Grady Snyder, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 12 boards. Brouse continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Bishop Guilfoyle's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.4 points over those games. As for Central Cambria, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-10 record this season.

Bishop Guilfoyle has already played their next match, a 76-68 victory against Penn Cambria on the 25th. Central Cambria does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
