Volleyball Recap: Temple Christian Takes a Loss

Temple Christian managed to slip by Christian Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Tigers came up short against the Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Temple Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 25-21.

Mia Siler paced Temple Christian's offense, picking up three kills. Siler got some help from Madelyn Brown and her two assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Temple Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Christian Academy, they moved to 6-8 with that win, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Temple Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against CHESS Christian on the 4th. As for Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 0-0 victory against Royalmont Academy Classical Prep on the 3rd.
