Basketball Game Preview: Pendleton Buckaroos vs. Baker Bulldogs

The Pendleton Buckaroos will challenge the Baker Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Pendleton came up short against Vale on Saturday, falling 46-25. While losing is never fun, the Buckaroos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 160th, while the Vikings are ranked 11th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Baker). They breezed by Ontario to the tune of 70-14 on Saturday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Bulldogs with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Baker and bumps their season record up to 10-8. As for Pendleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-14.
