Volleyball Recap: El Capitan Vaqueros vs. Mission Vista
If El Capitan was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Mount Miguel on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vaqueros took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mission Vista on Friday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Vaqueros haven't been shut out since back in March.
Jacob Marquez paced El Capitan's offense, picking up five kills. Marquez really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with eight.
