Anthony Ortega turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Friday. He struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Raton is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 3-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Ortega and Raton will challenge Santa Fe Indian at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The last time these two faced off, Ortega and Co. were forced to settle for an 11-0 loss.
