Frankton has gone 8-1 against Oak Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Golden Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Frankton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.1 runs per game this season.

Frankton is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Pendleton Heights just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Arabians by a score of 5-3.

Frankton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aly Smith, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double. Mia Brooks was another, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Oak Hill fell victim to Alexandria-Monroe and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Tigers. The game marked the first time this season in which the Golden Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Oak Hill's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. As for Frankton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Frankton was able to grind out a solid victory over Oak Hill in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 3-0. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Golden Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
