The Westminster Lions will take on the St. Margaret's Tartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Friday, Westminster was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 27-21 to Esperanza. The defeat continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Aztecs: they've now lost three in a row.

St. Margaret's not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 22nd (when they won 38-6). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Garden Grove 35-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tartans.

Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for St. Margaret's, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
