Softball Recap: Livonia Takes a Loss

After flying high against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville on Saturday, Livonia came back down to earth. The Livonia Wildcats fell 20-16 to the University Lab Cubs on Saturday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (ten), the Wildcats still had to take the loss.

Livonia has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. University Lab now has a winning record of 6-5.

Looking ahead, Livonia will face off against Madison Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for University Lab, they will square off against Holden at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Holden's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three matches.
