Basketball Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion suffered their closest defeat since December 28, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Randolph Ro-Hawks by a score of 38-35. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Ro-Hawks: they've now lost five in a row.

Marion's defeat dropped their record down to 7-21. As for Randolph, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-13.

Marion will head out on the road to take on Great Hearts Northern Oaks at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Randolph, they will take on Cole at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Cole will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Randolph surely won't give up without a fight.
