 The Colton Vikings will head out on the road to  take on  the Western Christian Pioneers at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Colton has four straight  victories, Western Christian has 14 straight  defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
 Colton is hoping to deliver their fans another blowout  on Wednesday, just like they did against Western Christian (and have done all season long). Colton was the clear victor by  a  20-10 margin over Western Christian on Monday. That's two games straight that Colton has won by  exactly ten  runs.
 The team  relied heavily on  Katelynn Kimsey, who  went 4-for-5 with a  home run, six  RBI,  and two  runs. She is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last five games she's  played.  Chayse Smith was another key contributor,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and a  triple.
 Colton pushed their record up to 8-11 with that  win, which was their third straight  at home. As for Western Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.
