They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 44-41 win over Crawford County. That's another feather in the cap for Twiggs County, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Crawford County lost, one person who can't be blamed is Mareo Slaton. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. The game was Slaton's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Jamahl Willis was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 9 rebounds.
