Basketball Game Preview: New Deal Lions vs. Stanton Buffaloes

Having just played yesterday, the New Deal Lions will jump right back in to play the Stanton Buffaloes at 9:20 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

New Deal saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 59-44 bruising from Tolar. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Stanton suffered their biggest defeat since February 20th last Friday. They had to suffer through a 55-28 loss at the hands of Lamesa. The match marked the Buffaloes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Stanton has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for New Deal, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
