It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Brandon Valley had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rapid City Central Cobblers. The win was nothing new for the Lynx as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

Brandon Valley never let Rapid City Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23, 25-20.

Mya VanWesten had an outrageously good game as she had 14 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Brandon Valley's victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Rapid City Central, they dropped their record down to 12-19 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Brandon Valley and Washington will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rapid City Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
