Basketball Game Preview: Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans vs. Blythewood Bengals

The Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans and the Blythewood Bengals will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Greater Atlanta Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

On Saturday, everything came up roses for Greater Atlanta Christian against Therrell as the squad secured a 75-35 victory.

Greater Atlanta Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mario Hill Jr, who went 8 of 12 en route to 17 points and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ledger Kincaid, who went 5 of 10 on his way to 16 points.

Hill Jr wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Greater Atlanta Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Therrell only racked up five assists.

Meanwhile, Blythewood entered their tilt with Valdosta on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Wildcats 78-56. The Bengals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

Blythewood's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Greater Atlanta Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.
