Basketball Recap: Bigfork Wins Going Away Against Nashwauk-Keewatin

Bigfork hadn't done well against Nashwauk-Keewatin recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Everything went the Bigfork Huskies' way against the Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans as the Bigfork Huskies made off with a 65-44 win. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Bigfork has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.3 points. As for Nashwauk-Keewatin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Bigfork didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 78-73 loss against Littlefork-Big Falls on the 3rd. As for Nashwauk-Keewatin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 85-46 defeat against Barnum on the 4th.
