Basketball Recap: Alexander Takes a Loss

Alexander was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Tioga Pirates, falling 72-29. While losing is never fun, Alexander can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 118th, while Tioga is ranked ninth).

Alexander's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Tioga, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Alexander has already played their next game (against Trinity Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Tioga has also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Trenton.
