Football Game Recap: Grand Forks Central vs. Sheyenne

Sheyenne got themselves on the board against Grand Forks Central on Friday, but Grand Forks Central never followed suit. Sheyenne took the match and then some with a 47-0 win over Grand Forks Central. That result was just more of the same for Sheyenne, who also won the last time these teams played.

The victory bumped Sheyenne's record up to 6-1. The defeat dropped Grand Forks Central's record to 2-5.

Sheyenne will be playing at home against Red River at at 7:00 PM next week. Sheyenne are catching Red River at a good time: Red River have scored fewer and fewer points over their past three games. As for Grand Forks Central, they will face off against West Fargo. Neither Grand Forks Central nor West Fargo could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
