Baseball Recap: Horseshoe Bend Takes a Loss

Horseshoe Bend was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 20-8 to the Central of Clay County Volunteers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Volunteers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 two weeks ago.

Horseshoe Bend's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Central of Clay County, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

As of now, neither Horseshoe Bend nor the Volunteers have any future games scheduled.
