Basketball Recap: Bishop's Wins Going Away Against High Tech SD

Bishop not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since December 16, 2025 (when they won 71-33). Everything went their way against the High Tech SD Storm as they made off with a 63-43 victory. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 383rd, while the Storm are ranked 800th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, High Tech SD still got an impressive performance from Hiro Nakamura, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Josiah, who put up eight points.

Bishop's moved to 15-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for High Tech SD, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 11-13.

Bishop's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 57-55 victory against Maranatha Christian on the 3rd. As for High Tech SD, they have also already played their next game, a 58-44 defeat against San Diego Jewish Academy on the 4th.
