Volleyball Recap: Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Victorious

Wheaton/Herman-Norcross took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Underwood, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Warriors narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Rockets 3-2. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Wheaton/Herman-Norcross has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Underwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Coming up, Wheaton/Herman-Norcross will challenge Parkers Prairie at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Underwood, they will square off against Rothsay at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give the Rockets their first taste of in-conference action this season.
