The Central City Value Jaguars are taking a road trip to square off against the Downtown Magnets Suns at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Central City Value is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.5 runs per game this season.

Central City Value came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Collins Family, falling 11-1. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, Central City Value couldn't push the score so high this time.

Central City Value saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Pacas, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases. Nicholas Hernandez also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Downtown Magnets ultimately got the result they hoped for two weeks ago. They blew past Collins Family 23-14. The Suns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by nine runs or more this season.

Downtown Magnets' victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Central City Value, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Central City Value suffered a grim 25-13 defeat to Downtown Magnets when the teams last played back in April. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
