Baseball Recap: Crosby Picks Up 11th Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Crosby, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over HCYA on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against HCYA back in March, they had to take a 5-1 loss.

Crosby's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-12-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for HCYA, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-13.
