Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vance County). They blew past the J.F. Webb Warriors 9-1 on Thursday. Vance County have beaten J.F. Webb the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest J.F. Webb has come to flipping the script.

Vance County's offense was hitting J.F. Webb from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Solana Gardner led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Vance County's victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2. As for J.F. Webb, they dropped their record down to 0-12 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
