Basketball Recap: Landon Fox's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Battle Creek over Marshall County + How To Watch

Battle Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Marshall County Tigers, falling 65-43.

Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Landon Fox, who posted nine points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Lester, who put up seven points and three steals.

Ke'Marion Allen had an outrageously good game for Marshall County as he had 17 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Jemeelan Johnson, who earned 12 points.

Battle Creek's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Battle Creek and Marshall County will both be playing Cornersville the next time they take the court. The Tigers will host the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Grizzlies will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
