Volleyball Game Preview: MMI Preparatory School vs. Crestwood Comets + How To Watch

MMI Preparatory School will head out to face off against the Crestwood Comets at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, MMI Preparatory School turned things around against Lincoln Leadership Academy on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lions.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 23-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Crestwood made easy work of Wyoming Area on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-16, 25-15.

MMI Preparatory School's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Crestwood, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

MMI Preparatory School suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Crestwood when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can MMI Preparatory School avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
