Volleyball Recap: Estill County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Owsley County on Monday, Estill County came back down to earth. The Engineers fell just short of the Powell County Pirates by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Engineers in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost five in a row.

Estill County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-22. As for Powell County, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-11.

Coincidentally, Estill County and Powell County will both be playing Wolfe County the next time they take the court. The Pirates will head out to face the Wolves at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Engineers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
