Volleyball Recap: Lexington Senior Wins Going Away Against Thomasville

Lexington Senior won the last time they faced Thomasville and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Yellowjackets put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lexington Senior was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-3.

Among those leading the charge was Colbie Bostick, who had 17 aces and 12 assists.

Bostick wasn't the only good server: Lexington Senior was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 36 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Lexington Senior's record now sits at 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lexington Senior will take on East Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Thomasville, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Northeast Guilford at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
