Volleyball Recap: Veritas Prep Charter Takes a Loss

Veritas Prep Charter lost against Pope Francis Prep back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Veritas Prep Charter took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pope Francis Prep. Veritas Prep Charter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Veritas Prep Charter ultimately came up short, they really made Pope Francis Prep work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 26-24, 21-25, 25-22.

Veritas Prep Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Pope Francis Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Veritas Prep Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pope Francis Prep has already played their next match (against Chicopee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
