Victor saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Liverpool Warriors.

Victor easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by Julia Mirabelli and Sam Clark, who picked up six kills apiece. They were helped by Emma Graney and Sophia Heltemes, who contributed eight assists each. Heltemes was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Victor has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2-3 record this season. As for Liverpool, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Victor has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Sutherland on the 27th. As for Liverpool, they will welcome Oswego at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
