Basketball Recap: Milano Comes Up Short

Milano was the 46-41 winner over Holland when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Milano Eagles were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 51-50 to the Holland Hornets.

Milano's defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Holland, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Rosebud-Lott the next time they take the court. Holland will host Rosebud-Lott at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Milano will host them at 8:00 p.m. on January 10th.
