Volleyball Recap: Montgomery Central's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Richmond Senior, Montgomery Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the High Point Central Bison by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Timberwolves as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 13-25, 25-18.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for High Point Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

The future could be bright for both Montgomery Central and High Point Central: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Timberwolves will try to hand Forest Hills their fifth-straight loss when the two meet at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, High Point Central will look to extend Southern Guilford's four-game losing streak when they meet at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
