Soccer Recap: Manchester Falls to Columbia City in First Game of Season

Manchester unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Columbia City Eagles on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Manchester of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Columbia City has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Manchester will square off against Mississinewa at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Columbia City, they will take on NorthWood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
