Softball Recap: St. Michael Comes Up Short

St. Michael saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 10-5 to the Opelousas Catholic Vikings. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Michael's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Opelousas Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-13 record this season.

St. Michael has already played their next matchup, a 16-1 loss against Mt. Carmel on the 10th. As for Opelousas Catholic, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy at 4:00 p.m.
