Basketball Recap: Colby Has No Trouble Against Spencer

Colby lost to Spencer back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Colby Hornets blew past the Spencer Rockets 73-50. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Hornets have posted against the Rockets since January 7, 2022.

Colby is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.2 points per game. As for Spencer, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Coincidentally, Colby and Spencer will both be playing Owen-Withee the next time they take the court. Colby will head out to face Owen-Withee at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, while Spencer will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
