Ava Beck leads Howard to victory over Fulton Science Academy

The Howard Hawks had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 30-17 win over Fulton Science Academy. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but Howard was the (much) better team in the second half.
Among those leading the charge was Ava Beck, who scored 14 points.
Howard has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Fulton Science Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Howard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 46-35 win vs. Cottage on the 8th. Fulton Science Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
