Recap: Harmony School of Innovation vs. Gholson
This season hasn't been kind to Harmony School of Innovation, who are still winless after their fourth game. They were dealt a 60-12 loss at the hands of Gholson on Friday. Harmony School of Innovation was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-3.
Gholson's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lane Kunkel, who scored 17 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Kunkel has scored at least 25% of Gholson's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cayden Thomas, who scored 12 points.
Harmony School of Innovation's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-4. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 10.7 points per game. As for Gholson, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Harmony School of Innovation will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Texas Wind at 6:30 p.m. on December 15th. As for Gholson, they will be playing at home against Covington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Covington will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
